Stay Bonus

For Cooks, Bakers, and Dishwashers who are NOT hired on a temporary basis

   ● (90 days -- $100) After completing 90 days (3 months) of continuous employment, the employee receives $100.00

   ● (180 days -- $100) After completing 180 days (6 months) of continuous employment, the employee receives an additional $100.00

   ● (1 year -- $200) After completing one year of continuous employment, the employee receives an additional $200.00

Money is given in an employee's regular paycheck. There must be no unresolved employee discipline issues at the time this money is awarded.  Calculation of time worked must be continuous.  Management reserves the right to change or end this program at any time.
