| Description: | M.O.D. (Manager On Duty) (JSMB) POSITION
Part-time position. Supervises front of the house operations in Garden restaurant on behalf of restaurant manager. Hands-on position that includes greeting. Various days of the week, Monday through Saturday, depending on business needs. Hours generally 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM . Some supervisory experience preferred. Has a record of excellent employee relations and has demonstrated skills to work well with all. Leads by example and is proactive. Is highly personable in manner and appearance appropriate to a formal setting. Is at ease in all human relations situations. Has good eye contact with a pleasant smile and countenance. Is able to move smoothly and quickly around a restaurant. Meticulous dress and grooming. Able to communicate with guests in excellent English. Must abide by Temple Square Hospitality Corporation’s 100% smoke-free policy. Wage commensurate with experience and responsibilities, free meal.
